Once the framework is configured you can add listeners at anytime. Listeners can be added using the MLLPListenerManager and its AddStandardLocalListener() method.

MLLPListenerManager.Instance.AddStandardLocalListener(listenerName, applicationSettings.Port, myProcessor);

In addition to a port to listen on, a listener needs to be given a message processor which will handle any messages which are received.

If you add any listeners once the MLLPListenerManager has already been started you will need to call the stop method and then start message again.
